Originally from the Midwest, now local to the Phoenix valley - I discovered my like for photography in 2020 during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. For some reason the world dropped me a camera while in lockdown & from then on I knew that capturing the world through the lens was something I would be doing for a long time. The Southwest quickly became my playground, and I was on a mission to transform all of its hidden gems into captivating images.
Since then, my career as a photographer has been an incredibly rewarding & fulfilling journey. Through my work, I have had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with so many talented individuals, build lasting connections, and turn my once-hobby into a thriving profession as Cihak 1 Visuals. My portfolio spans a wide spectrum of focus around landscape photography, lifestyle shoots, astro-photography, and my travel adventures.. I strive to create content that is not only beautiful but thought-provoking.
In addition to photography, I am also skilled in drone work and video production. My work here includes everything from commercial and documentary projects to music videos and corporate productions. When I'm not behind the lens, I enjoy spending time with friends and family and traveling to new places.
For me, creativity is an essential form of expression. Every photo and video that I create is unique in that it allows viewers to tell their own narrative through visual means. I am constantly inspired by the world around me and strive to inspire others to tap into their creative side a little more.
