Shipping & Returns

Made to order

Each print is produced individually when you order it, nothing sits in a warehouse. Production typically takes 5–7 business days before your piece is ready to ship.

Packaging

Prints are wrapped in acid-free tissue and rolled into a heavy-duty protective tube, sealed against moisture and impact. Smaller sizes may ship flat in a rigid mailer. Everything is packed so it arrives in the same condition it left the studio.

Shipping & delivery

• Domestic (United States): tracked shipping, typically 3–5 days in transit after dispatch.
• International: tracked shipping worldwide, typically 7–14 days in transit depending on destination and customs.
• Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, please review your size selection carefully. If you’re not happy with your print, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return and refund of the print price.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your print arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, we’ll reprint and reship your order.
