Products & pricing

All prints are made to order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change over time; the price at checkout is the price that applies to your order. We do our best to represent colors accurately, though screens vary.

Orders & payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if needed, for example, a pricing error or a problem with production.

Intellectual property

All photographs, text, and design on this site are the property of Josh Cihak and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display it personally. It does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce, resell, or use the image commercially.

Shipping & returns

Delivery, returns, and damage are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cihak 1 Visuals’s liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. The site and its content are provided “as is.”

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
